To quote a line from one of my favourite movies, The Crow, Eric says to Sarah, "It can't rain all the time."
Well he lied, because apparently in Daegu this weekend, it can.
Daegu is my home city, currently, and I love it. It has beautiful mountains, a lively down-town, and has lots to do and is close to lots of other cool places. However, when it rains in Daegu, there is not a lot else to do other than watch movies, hit coffee shops...or go to the pub.
In this monsoony type weather, 'Colourful Daegu' becomes 'Dreary Daegu,' but I'm still smiling, and holding out some hope that Mr. Draven got it wrong.
p.s. As I post this, the emerging sun is about to make me feel stupid.
